The result of Combined Graduate Level (Tier-III) Examination, 2021 was declared by the Commission on 20.12.2022 for shortlisting candidates to appear in the Skill Test/Document Verification of the Examination.

       As per the Notice of the Examination, Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) and Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) are of qualifying nature. The CPT consists of three modules. The Module-I is Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) and the Module-II and III are Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).

(i)The cut-offs fixed for Module-I (DEST) and Module-II & III (CPT) are as under: -

SC - 7%

ST  - 7%

OBC  - 7%

EWS  - 7%

OH - 10%

HH  - 10%

VH  - 10%

PWD -Others  - 10%

UR - 5%

(ii) Category-wise cut-off marks in Module-II +III of CPT:

SC - 100

ST  - 100

OBC  - 100

EWS  - 100

OH - 100

HH  - 100

VH  - 100

PWD -Others  - 100

UR - 120

(iii) Cut-off in DEST for the posts of Tax Assistant: Category-wise cut-off fixed in DEST for the posts of Tax Assistant in CBDT, CBIC and UDC/SSA in Central Bureau of Narcotics is given below:-

SC - 7%

ST  - 7%

OBC  - 7%

EWS  - 7%

ESM - 7%

OH - 7%

HH  - 10%

VH  - 10%

PWD -Others  - 10%

UR - 5%

As per the provisions of the Notice of Examination, allocation of posts to eligible candidates has been made on the basis of merit-cum-preference of posts given by the candidates at the time of Document Verification. A total of 7541 candidates have been provisionally recommended for appointment.
