Educational Qualification and Terms & Conditions :
👉Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
👉The candidate must have passed HSLC Examination or equivalent examination from any central or state recognized Boards.
👉Certificate: The Candidate must have passed 6 (SIX) months '' Records Certificate Class Course'' training from the Assam Survey and Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati-34
Selection Process:
(a) Through Written Examination and Computer Test.
Written Examination Syllabus( Official Notice):
The Written Examination will consist of 100 marks. The duration of written examination will be of 2 hours, 1 : 3 Nos. of candidates for the above post will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the Written Examination. The short listed Candidates in the Written examination shall have to appear in the Computer Proficiency Test (Practical) for 20 marks. Candidates shall bring original documents for verification on the day of Computer Proficiency Test (Practical) . The date of Computer Proficiency test will be notified later on.

The final list shall be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in the Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test (Practical). The selection will be strictly on merit basis.

NOTE:
👉The list of eligible candidates for the written test will be notified in the Notice Board of Deputy Commissioner's Office, Dhemaji % Official website on 28th March, 2023. The applicant may receive his/her Admit Card 30th March, 2023 before commencement of the Examination.
👉Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
👉 Appontment shall be subject to fulfilment of Police Verification Report and Medical fitness Certificate.
👉No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the written/Computer proficiency test.
